Every six months check expiration dates and clean out your medicine cabinet.

Mark your calendar and change your toothbrush every three months.

When the time changes, change the batteries on your smoke alarms.

Buy a thermometer for your refrigerator to make sure your food is kept at the right temperature.

Put sunscreen on your hands as well as your face and neck every single day.

Play.

Be optimistic.

Volunteer in your community .

Mentor someone.
